Opera pastry coffee shop was created by a Parisian borned French  Master Chef Eric A Truglas, the owner of EAT restaurant and bar, right next door to Opera,  but also with the help of friends and partner at EAT restaurant Jean Luc and Aude Cornet, long time resident of Bellingham, WA.
This is our humble contribution to the Bellingham food scene, we hope you will enjoy our savoury and sweet creations.
